Church Centre
The church is committed to offering our facilities to the community.
We have a small collection of meeting rooms and office space available in Central Oxford for occasional use or regular bookings at affordable rates. We offer discounted rates to voluntary groups, charities and religious groups. Many of our rooms are accessible to all, with a lift to floors in some parts of the building.
Please contact the Church Office for more information, to arrange a viewing of the rooms, to check availability or to make a booking.
You can view our current room bookings policy HERE. All room bookings are subject to adhering to our current room booking rules. Room booking terms and conditions and booking form is available HERE.
We will make every effort to try and accommodate your wishes and make your event a success. If you require a flip chart, projector screen etc please speak to our Church Office.
Free wifi is available in most of the rooms.

The church owns the ‘flat’ part of Bonn Square, directly in front of the church, and has a management agreement in place with Oxford City Council to manage the whole of Bonn Square together. Groups wishing to hold an event on Bonn Square should contact the Events Office of Oxford City Council (
https://www.oxford.gov.uk/info/20035/events/553/apply_to_put_on_an_event_on_our_land ) for information and advice.
The busy and vibrant square is located in the heart of Oxford, located opposite the main entrance to the new Westgate Centre, which opened in Autumn 2017 (
https://westgateoxford.co.uk/).
Sometimes the church gives direct permission to groups to use the flat part of Bonn Square, but this is only given where we have sympathy and support for the event, and feel it overlaps with our own mission. Please contact our church office if you wish an event to be considered (please allow plenty of time as such events need to be approved by the church leadership team).
Weddings
New Road is a beautiful space for weddings. We have also recently registered our church building for the solemnisation of same sex marriages. We can provide our own Registrar (at extra cost). Please contact our church office for further details.
Funerals
Please be assured that the church will do its best to assist you at your time of loss. Please contact our church office to discuss your needs. A small charge will apply for the hire of the church.
