We are a friendly and inclusive congregation located in the heart of Oxford. The church attracts a diverse congregation from around the globe including young and old, residents, students and others visiting the city.

If you are someone wanting to ask questions about God or a committed Christian wanting to continue your faith journey in an open atmosphere you can find a home here. There is something for everyone at New Road and we would love to welcome you.

Read on to find out more about us, or better still come along and meet us. Join us for Sunday worship at 10:30 am, at our weekly Open Church, for other midweek meetings or to escape the bustle of the city in the peaceful oasis of our chapel.

Welcome to students!

A warm welcome to students just arriving in Oxford for the new academic year! Whether you’re part of a church community already, or just want somewhere to reflect and explore questions of life and faith, you can feel at home at New Road. You can get in touch with us via the ‘Contact Us’ page, or come and meet us on a Sunday morning at 10.30am. Students in the church usually go for lunch after the service and organise social events, and would love to meet you.
